Well, Today WordPress have an core update where you will see the default editor is been set as "Block Editor". Well, Lot's of people are not familiar with it not even Me ;). But I have solutions for you which can help you to use Classic Editor even after Updating WordPress 5.0. I have tried few things which might help you as well.
So, Let's Start.
Steps To Use Classic Editor in New WordPress 5.0 Update
So, Let's Began to do this.
Follow the steps Carefully.
Step 1: Update To WordPress, After Talking Backup.
First of all, Update to WordPress 5.0 make sure to take a BackUp and then update. For BackUp you can use Updraft Plugin and take the backup. Just do it with ease.
Step 2: Go To Your Posts And See Block Editor and Classic Editor.
After Updating you need to go to Post and Hover on Post. You Will See Block Editor and Classic Editor as shown in the picture below.
Now, there are two options but you need only classic editor as default, just follow the next step carefully.
Step 3: Just Change These in your Settings
So, this is our last and easy step follow it carefully.
Go to Setting > Writing and see the option "Default editor for all users" and Select "Classic Editor" as shown in the picture below.
After Updating this just below it there's a option "Allow users to switch editors" just select "No" and Save Changes as shown in the picture below.
This will make your default Option as "Classic Editor" and the Block option will be removed from the Posts.
